| Store Setup Packages |
3dCart has created packages to setup your online store for you. We will upload your products, setup your basic store functionality and design (shipping methods, payment methods, checkout options, personal store settings, etc), switch over your DNS, and run end to end test orders so there are no surprises when you go live.
Regardless if you are switching from another shopping cart or not, 3dCart will provide you with a very simple spreadsheet to fill out with your product information and reformat it to our system and import it for you. |

Site Consultation 3dCart will provide you with an initial questionnaire in which you will fill out information about your online store. Based on the answers you provide, our technical staff will configure your online store accordingly. |

Product Upload The product upload includes importing all main product information, such as, product name, sku number, price, description, product images, and categories. 3dCart will provide you with a sample spreadsheet to fill out with your product information. Once we have all information needed, 3dCart will upload all of your items for you and create your product categories as well. |

Basic Functionality Setup Our Technical Support staff will work closely with you to setup all shipping methods, payment methods, and checkout options based on your needs. We will also setup your tax options and personal store settings according to your requirements. |

Basic Design Setup We will help you choose the store template that suits your needs best, as well as setup your color scheme. If you have a store logo, we will install that for you. If you do not have a logo and you would like to us create one for you, you may inquire for us to send you a quote. |

End to End Test Order Once we have setup all of your stores functions, 3dCart will initiate a complete test order run, exactly as a customer would. This will ensure your online store is ready to go live without any problems no surprises. Our Technical staff will confirm that all of your payment and shipping methods are in working order along with proper email notifications to you as the merchant, and to your customers. |

Switch DNS to 3dCart Servers Whether you purchased your domain through 3dCart or a different registrar, we will move the DNS of your domain to point to our servers when you are ready to go live. |

 How Long Will This Process Take?
Once you decide to move forward with one of our Store Setup packages, 3dCart will make every effort to get in contact with you within the next business day. Our Technical staff will provide you with all of the documentation needed to learn about the requirements for your online store. Once we have received this information back, your configurations will be finished within 7 business days.
During this process, if you feel you would like extra consulting time, i.e. to cover topics not included in the Store Setup package, you may inquire about hiring our consulting team for an additional $100.00 per hour. |
